Please read our return, refund, replacement, and cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Returns Policy

Since our products are natural food and consumable wellness products, we do not accept returns once a package has been opened, used, or partially consumed. This is to maintain hygiene, product safety, and quality standards.

However, returns or replacements may be accepted if:

     

      • Product received is damaged during transit

      • Wrong product was delivered

      • Seal is broken or packaging is tampered with

      • Product is leaking or visibly spoiled

      • Product is expired upon delivery

      • Quantity received is missing or incorrect

    Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.


    2. Refund Eligibility

    Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:

    Eligible for Refund

       

        • Order cancelled before dispatch

        • Product damaged during delivery

        • Wrong item delivered

        • Product unavailable after order confirmation

        • Verified quality issue approved by our support team

      Not Eligible for Refund

         

          • Change of mind after delivery

          • Product not liked after taste/use

          • Delay caused by courier partner beyond our control

          • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer

          • Opened or used consumable product

          • Failure to report issue within 48 hours


        3. Replacement Policy

        We may offer a free replacement instead of refund depending on the issue.

        Replacement may be provided for:

           

            • Torn packaging

            • Transit damage

            • Incorrect item delivered

            • Missing item in package

            • Defective sealed product

          Plantivaa Organics reserves the right to offer either:

             

              • Replacement product

              • Store credit

              • Partial refund

              • Full refund

            based on the issue after review.


            4. How to Request Refund / Replacement

            To request support, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

               

                • Full Name

                • Order ID / Invoice Number

                • Contact Number

                • Product Name

                • Photos of:

                     

                      • outer package

                      • product received

                      • damaged area or issue

                  • Brief explanation of the concern

                5. Refund Processing Timeline

                Once approved:

                   

                    • UPI / Wallet refunds: 2–5 business days

                    • Bank transfer refunds: 5–7 business days

                    • Credit / Debit card refunds: 5–10 business days depending on bank processing

                  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.


                  6. Order Cancellation Policy

                  Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

                  Once the order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

                  To cancel your order, contact us immediately with your Order ID.

                  If cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.


                  7. Shipping Damage Policy

                  If the package arrives visibly damaged:

                     

                      • Take photos before opening

                      • Record an unboxing video if possible

                      • Share proof with our support team within 48 hours

                    This helps us resolve the issue quickly with the courier partner.

                    Claims without photos or evidence may take longer to verify.


                    8. Non-Returnable Products

                    For hygiene and food safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

                       

                        • Opened pouches

                        • Used products

                        • Products without original packaging

                        • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

                        • Products purchased during special clearance sale or promotional campaigns unless damaged
